You know any red carpet will shine when it’s got the likes of Lizzo, Billy Porter, and Cynthia Erivo walking. That’s why we’re keeping our eyes peeled on the absolute best beauty looks from the BET Awards, the June 26 soiree hosted by Taraji P. Henson.
Did we mention that Lizzo is performing, and nominees include Doja Cat and Zendaya? While we don’t know exactly what’s in store — these looks are of the utmost secrecy — we are expecting some bright color, enviable nails, and more than a few bold lips.

One of the first arrivals was also the most anticipated — Lizzo showed up on time and looking fabulous. She wore her hair down in soft curls with finger waves, which added a vintage vibe and elegant flair. It came courtesy of hairstylist Shelby Swain, who used Dove Amplified Textures and Dove Hair Therapy products. Her makeup look was monochromatic, featuring coral blush and eye shadow.
