BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — Saratoga County Clerk Craig Hayner has announced all Saratoga County DMV locations will be open from 8 am to 4:45 pm, Monday through Friday with extended hours until 6PM on Wednesdays.
The extended hours took effect on July 11 at the Ballston Spa, Clifton Park, and Wilton DMV locations. The Saratoga County DMV will no longer close for lunch, allowing for longer service hours.
Hayner also announced the Saratoga County DMV will return to walk-in service only at its Ballston Spa and Wilton locations. In Clifton Park, the County’s largest DMV location, customers may choose to make an appointment or walk-in for service. Customers who choose to make an appointment at the Clifton Park location will receive priority service to meet their appointment time frame.
“At Saratoga County DMV, we’ve been at the forefront of keeping motorists on the road here in the Capital District and throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. I thank our dedicated staff for proudly serving our customers and am happy to return to extended hours with expanded walk-in service to provide our customers with greater flexibility in choosing how and when they complete their DMV business,” Hayner said.
