Two key players will return for Middlesbrough on Saturday for Stoke City game

Dael Fry and Matt Crooks will both be back for Middlesbrough on Saturday for another crunch game against Stoke City.

Though with players impressing in their absence, they won't be guaranteed their place in the starting line-up.

Fry will return to the squad after missing the last four through a calf injury. He was touch and go for the win over Cardiff on Wednesday, though ultimately wasn't risked.

While out Sol Bamba has filled in reliably and was solid again in the important win over his former side.

Crooks, meanwhile, returns to the reckoning after missing the last three through suspension after picking up 15 yellow cards this season.

Chris Wilder described the accumulation of cautions as ridiculous and had frustration with the midfielder after giving away the sloppy free-kick that led to the Fulham

scoring two in the last two, making Crooks' path back into the side a less than obvious one despite his importance to Wilder's side earlier in the season.
