She’s on the Rhode to riches.
On Wednesday, Hailey Bieber finally released the first products from her new Rhode skincare line, which she has been diligently working on for years.
Launching with three items, Rhode is “dedicated to making products based in science and great formulation, simplifying many of the mysteries and complex narratives behind efficacious skincare,” according to a statement from Bieber on the brand’s newly launched website.
Rhode’s first few products focus on hydration and healing the skin barrier, and include a Peptide Glazing Fluid ($29), Barrier Restore Cream ($29) and Peptide Lip Treatment ($16), the latter of which comes in three varieties: unscented, watermelon slice and salted caramel.
Fans can also nab the entire kit, including all three lip treatments, for $95 (original value $106).
The website also promises a cleanser is coming soon, and Bieber says the company aims to produce “one of everything really good,” likening it to a favorite pair of jeans or go-to white T-shirt.
Meanwhile, there’s plenty more that Bieber, 25, is doing behind the scenes with her new brand. Not only is the packaging made with recyclable post-consumer materials, but fans can also send at least three empty items back to the company to recycle, receiving a complimentary shipping label and 10% off their next order.
Bieber is also giving back, launching The Rhode Futures Foundation and committing to investing in and supporting 1000 women and their families by 2023.
“We are partnering with three organizations that provide women, especially women of color, with the resources needed to direct their own futures: Accion Opportunity Fund, Black Mamas Matter Alliance, and the LIFT Family Goal Fund. Rhode has committed a minimum of 1% of sales to support their efforts and the women they serve,” the website reads
